- App data stays within Atlassian's infrastructure. Forge apps execute inside Atlassian's secure, sandboxed environment. We do not transfer or store your Atlassian product data on our own servers.
- Atlassian account information: When you install our apps, Atlassian may share limited information with us such as your Atlassian account ID, site URL, and installation details required for app functionality and licensing.
- Product data access: Depending on the app's functionality, it may access data within your Atlassian product (e.g., Jira issues, project metadata, user profiles) solely to provide the app's described features. This data is processed within Atlassian's Forge runtime and is not exfiltrated to external servers.
- Forge storage: Some apps may use Forge Storage or Forge Entity Store to persist configuration and app-specific data. This data is stored within Atlassian's infrastructure, scoped to your installation.
2.2 Website
Our website is a static site hosted on GitHub Pages. We do not use cookies, tracking scripts, or analytics services. We do not collect personal information through the website unless you voluntarily contact us via email.
2.3 Support Communications
