These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of applications published by Modern Engineering Labs ("we", "us", or "our") on the Atlassian Marketplace, as well as the website at labs.modernengineering.club (collectively, the "Services"). By installing, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are using our Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
We develop and distribute applications ("Apps") through the Atlassian Marketplace for use with Atlassian products such as Jira. Our Apps are built on the Atlassian Forge platform and run entirely within Atlassian's cloud infrastructure.
Each App's specific functionality is described on its Marketplace listing page. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any App at any time.
Our Apps are distributed through the Atlassian Marketplace and are subject to the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use, the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use shall prevail with respect to Marketplace-related matters.
Billing, payments, and refunds for paid Apps are managed through the Atlassian Marketplace and are subject to Atlassian's policies.

Our Apps are built on Atlassian Forge, which provides a sandboxed, serverless execution environment within Atlassian's cloud. This means:
Your use of Atlassian products is governed by your agreement with Atlassian. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of the underlying Atlassian platform.
We provide support for our Apps via email at contact@modernengineering.club. We will make reasonable efforts to respond to support inquiries in a timely manner, but we do not guarantee specific response times unless stated in a separate support agreement.
Support covers questions about App functionality, bug reports, and general usage guidance. We are not responsible for providing support for the underlying Atlassian products.
All intellectual property rights in our Apps, including but not limited to code, design, documentation, and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of Modern Engineering Labs. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited licence described in Section 4.
Our Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Modern Engineering Labs from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Apps at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using our Apps at any time by uninstalling them from your Atlassian product.
Upon termination, your licence to use the affected App(s) ceases immediately. Sections 8–11 and 14 shall survive termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice (e.g., via the App's Marketplace listing or email).
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Modern Engineering Labs operates.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable Atlassian Marketplace terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Modern Engineering Labs regarding the use of our Services.
